These terms apply when you visit Wild Wonders or book a session or birthday party with us. By entering the play area you agree to them, so please read them before your visit.

About us
Wild Wonders is a jungle-themed indoor playcenter for children aged 1 to 12, at APT Plaza, 503, behind Atithi Hotel, near Mulund Railway Station, Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Contact us on +91 83695 82178 or [email protected]. We are open daily from 12:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
Entry and use of the play area
- The play area is for children aged 1 to 12. Age-specific zones must be used as guided by our staff.
- Socks are mandatory for all children and adults entering the play area, for hygiene and safety. If you forget yours, socks are available at the venue for Rs 100 per pair.
- Walk-ins are welcome. On weekends and holidays we recommend booking ahead, as capacity is limited.
- We may limit numbers, pause entry, or close zones for cleaning, maintenance, or safety.
Supervision and parental responsibility
- A parent or guardian must accompany each child and remains responsible for their child at all times.
- Our staff supervise the play floor for general safety, but do not replace parental supervision.
- Please tell us before play about any medical condition, allergy, or special need so we can help keep your child safe.
Health, safety, and conduct
- Please do not use the play area if your child is unwell or has a contagious condition.
- Follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Rough play, outside footwear on the equipment, and food or drinks inside the play zones are not allowed.
- We may ask anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively to leave without a refund.
Assumption of risk and liability
Active play carries inherent risks. While we maintain a clean, padded, and supervised environment, you use the facilities at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Wild Wonders is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the normal use of the play area, except where caused by our proven negligence. Please keep personal belongings with you; we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Bookings, parties, and payments
- Play sessions are paid for at the venue on arrival. There is no online payment or ticketing.
- Birthday party packages are customized and confirmed with us directly, including inclusions, capacity, and current pricing.
- Any advance or booking amount for parties, and our cancellation or rescheduling terms, are confirmed at the time of booking. Please discuss these with us before you pay.
Photography
We may take photos or videos in the venue during general play and events for our own promotion. If you do not want your child photographed, tell our staff and we will respect that.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
